SJ began her work in the financial world, helping people navigate their relationship with money. What she found was a deeper truth: unresolved trauma and stress were the hidden factors driving avoidance, fear, and burnout - not just in money but in life. This discovery led SJ to explore and become trained and certified in trauma informed approaches and somatic practices, focusing on the nervous system as the key to real, lasting transformation.
Now, SJ teaches people how to release trauma stored in the body and regulate their nervous systems so they can stop living in survival mode.
